Southern Ski used the Insta Print 2000 System for Producing Superior Orthotics

All custom bootfittng begins with a custom molded orthotic that will allow the the skeleton to be supported and create a consistent environment in the boot (or shoe).

Southern Ski uses the Instaprint 2000 System for Superior Orthotics

We use the insta-print 2000 system to cast the orthotics semi weight bearing, in a seated position.

This is showing how the muscle is working hard to try and support the arch by pulling up on the bones in the arch.

Notice how the tendons (in the lower leg, ankle area) are really tight triing to support the feet. This is showing how the muscle is working hard to try and support the arch by pulling up on the bones in the arch.

This is showing that when the foot is supported well the muscle in the lower leg doesn't have to work as hard to support the bones in the arch

A properly constructed orthotic will support the skeleton and allow the muscular system to relax, allowing you to use less energy to ski. Because of the deep heel pocket and supported arch the orthotic will keep your foot from sliding around in the boot. This eliminates black toe and shin burn.
